This building is the latest in a series of Conran & Partners projects for Michael Heseltine's magazine publishing company, Haymarket. Expansion of the company meant that new accommodation was urgently required and this site was available to the rear of a tower block containing many of the company's activities.

We were asked to prepare designs to maximise the development opportunity of this sensitive site in a primarily residential area. A contemporary solution within a west London conservation area, the building has a street frontage that responds to the scale and rhythm of the bays of the houses to either side.
