Salford Quays is a scheme for City Loft Developments comprising two linked 9 and 19 storey residential towers. Completed in July 2007, the development forms part of an area regeneration scheme, sitting opposite the Lowry centre and adjacent to the proposed site for the new BBC building.
The entrance to the building is adorned with a 3 tonne cast-iron sculpture 'Adagio' by British artist Charles Hadcock.
With full-height glazing, almond Prodema, panelling, aluminium spandrels and white render, the confident design is ideal for this thriving waterfront quarter.
