PRESS RELEASE: C&P complete residential towers in Salford

Conran & Partners and City Loft Developments have completed a two-tower residential scheme in Manchester’s thriving Salford Quays quarter.

Completed in July 2007, the development forms part of an area regeneration scheme, sitting opposite the Lowry centre and adjacent to the proposed site for the new BBC building. The scheme comprises two linked 9 and 19 storey residential towers, its entrance marked by a 3 tonne cast-iron sculpture 'Adagio' by British artist Charles Hadcock.

With full-height glazing, almond prodema paneling, aluminium spandrels and white render, the confident design is ideal for this flourishing new area.
