Tim joined Conran & Partners in 1997 from The Douglas Stephen Partnership. He is a registered architect with a wealth of construction and contract experience on new-build and refurbishment projects, mainly in the hospitality, residential and health-care sectors.
Between 1997 and 2000 Tim was Project Architect for the myhotel in Bloomsbury, going on to work as part of the architectural team on the £100million Ocean Terminal retail development in Leith Edinburgh. Following this Tim oversaw Conran & Partners’ work for Conran Restaurants up until 2005. His role included leading the design teams and adminstrating the projects on site. These included, amongst others, the Royal Exchange and the Paternoster Chophouse in the city, as well Floridita and Bluebird Dining Rooms in West London.
Tim’s recent projects include a series of proposed redevelopments of listed buildings in Dorchester, for hotel, retail, theatre and residential uses. These are currently on site.
Tim also manages our City Loft Developments projects. These include the recently completed waterfront development of two linked 9 and 19 storey residential towers in Salford, Manchester; as well as the tallest buildings in Scotland, Wales and Yorkshire.
In addition to undertaking an ongoing series of feasibility projects on prospective sites for City Lofts, Tim also directs the interior design of the City Lofts brand across their portfolio.
Tim was made Director in 2007.
