Lee joined Conran & Partners in 2007 and heads up our new office in Brighton. Lee has a wealth of experience in urban design, masterplanning and architecture. He has a particularly extensive knowledge of residential new-build and refurbishment projects for both affordable housing and luxury private dwellings. Lee currently oversees a broad range of national and local projects, including major schemes for City Lofts Developments, mixed-use community led residential projects in Hove for Affinity Sutton and smaller one-off homes.
Tristram studied industrial and furniture design at Coventry University, with further studies in Pforzheim and Bucharest. He worked freelance in Paris for several years before returning to London to join Sebastian Conran Associates in 1995. With Conran & Partners, since 1999, he has worked with a wide variety of clients including Nissan, Sainsbury’s and Villeroy & Boch.
Jane joined Conran & Partners in 1996. As an Interior Designer she has been responsible for a wide range of projects in the commercial, retail, and leisure sectors, including two permanent galleries at the Museum of London and the award-winning Georges department store in Melbourne Australia. Jane is currently overseeing a number of UK and international, interiors projects.
Before joining Conran & Partners in 1995 Philip worked in New York with Peter Eisenman and in Berlin. At Conran & Partners his experience in the residential sector ranges from the Civic Trust Award-winning refurbishment of Grosvenor Buildings in Harrogate, to a pair of 43-storey towers in Tokyo. He currently oversees projects including the mixed-use redevelopment of Greenwich pier and residential projects in London, Manchester and Japan.
Teresa joined Conran & Partners in 1987 from the Milton Keynes Development Corporation. Teresa is a Senior Architectural Technician with a wealth of construction experience on both new-build and refurbishment projects. Teresa has been involved in most of our key projects across various sectors including offices, retail and residential, and is currently providing the technical support for our larger residential projects with City Loft Developments.
Isabelle worked in Paris and Milan before joining Conran & Partners in 2004. She has worked on schemes ranging from industrial and care home, to retail and museum projects. Her main area of expertise is in the residential sector, where she has recently completed an apartment building for City Loft Developments in Salford, Manchester. She is currently acting as concept designer for the refurbishment of an Haussmann era building in central Paris and is project architect for a scheme in Glasgow, which will be Scotland's tallest tower.
Katy graduated from Bath University in 1998 with a degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology before joining the staff at Design Week magazine where she worked as Project Manager for four years. In 2002 Katy joined Conran & Partners to supervise all the projects going through the products and graphics studio.
Nick studied at De Montford and Bath Universities before joining Conran & Partners in 1998 to work on the £100 million Ocean Terminal retail scheme in Leith. He has worked on City Lofts projects in Manchester and in Newcastle, where he was Project Architect on a 3-building apartment scheme, regenerating the Tuthill Stairs area. He is currently Project Architect for a new boutique hotel in Boundary Street, London, and was made Associate in 2007.
Tina joined Conran & Partners in 1997 after studying architecture at Westminster and the Royal College of Art. Tina is a registered architect with strong design skills and extensive project-running experience. She has worked on projects in most commercial sectors and at a wide range of scales, in the UK and abroad – especially Japan. Tina is currently heading up our work for Conran Restaurants.
Jonathan graduated from Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication before joining Sebastian Conran Associates in 1993. Since joining Conran & Partners in 2000, when the two studios merged in 2000, he has built up impressive experience in design for print and packaging, including projects for Conran Restaurants in London, Denmark and Japan, Nigella Lawson and Umbro.
Bridget trained at the Architecture Association. She specialises in the conversion of buildings, sensitively mixing old with new build. Since joining Conran & Partners in 1995, Bridget has worked on an array of listed buildings, including the Bluebird Restaurant in Chelsea, the Great Eastern Hotel and the Royal Exchange in London. Bridget is currently Project Architect for a series of listed buildings in Dorchester including an old Brew House and a Maltings which will be converted to become a mix of hotel, spa, retail and residential.
Pete joined Conran & Partners from TP Bennett Architects in 2006. He arrived with a considerable experience in IT management, having been a telecommunications specialist with the Royal Corps of Signals before Project Managing IT for the NHS, a dotcom company and a charitable organisation.
Pete is an Associate member of the Chartered Management Institute and a certified Project Manager. He was made Associate in 2007.
