The menu includes dishes of snapper ceviche, Pata Negra Ham and a range of steaks, including the Brazilian 'Picanha' and the classic Chateaubriand.

Floridita's signature dish is lobster, served in three different ways; charcoal grilled, L'Armoricaine, and as the classic Thermidor. Aside from the main restaurant dinner service the bar offers a selection of aperitivos and lighter dishes.
