Floridita is the ideal setting for any occasion from relaxed business dinners in the early part of the week to a more vibrant celebratory atmosphere at the end of the week. Dining at Floridita offers a tour of cosmopolitan Cuban and Latin American cuisine. The menu includes dishes of snapper ceviche, Pata Negra Ham and a range of steaks, including the Brazilian 'Picanha' and the classic Chateaubriand.
Floridita's signature dish is lobster, served in three different ways; charcoal grilled, L'Armoricaine, and as the classic Thermidor. Aside from the main restaurant dinner service the bar offers a selection of aperitivos and lighter dishes.
