Part of Bridgemarket, a hugely successful regeneration of a historic market site under New York’s Queensboro Bridge, Guastavino’s occupies a dramatic vaulted space under the bridge. The vaults are lined with original faïence tiles. A timber-clad mezzanine floats in the space, creating a deck for banqueting above, and a relaxed brasserie below.
