A chic palette of ivory and tones of grey sets the scene for serious dining in the restaurant, where a series of paintings by Tony Soulié are displayed. In the bar rich red shades form a sophisticated complement to ivory-coloured leather sofas, Venetian mirrors and glass-topped tables.
