The Longman HQ building set new standards for ‘green’ office buildings and made full use of its parkland setting. At the time of completion it achieved the highest BREAM rating of any office, making it the UK’s ‘greenest’ building.

Jura limestone and Cornish granite give the building a luxurious quality and a staff restaurant with roof garden allows for views over the surrounding countryside.
