The Vantage Quay site is part of the Manchester Waterfront masterplan commissioned by Town Centre Securities to regenerate the Piccadilly Basin area of Manchester. The scheme comprises 117 studio, one and two bedroom apartments, basement car parking and a residents’ garden.

The building is a brick volume wrapped on its two waterfront elevations by a lightweight timber screen.
