After winning an international architecture competition in 2004, construction is now completing on the first phase of the East Futako Tamagawa Regeneration Project, currently Tokyo’s largest development project on site.

The site stretches for 1km on land adjacent to the Tamagawa river on the very edge of the city with the first phase providing over 260,000m² of residential, retail, office and leisure buildings.
