The Merchant Village scheme demonstrates Conran & Partners’ skill in reconciling the occasionally conflicting demands of commercial development and conservation. Located in Glasgow’s historic Merchant City, Merchant Village is a 700,000 square foot redevelopment of one and a half city blocks.

The mixed use scheme, commissioned by Pathfinder PLC, comprises high quality retail, leisure and office space on the basement, ground and first floors, with stylish urban apartments above, arranged around raised landscaped courtyards.
