Royal Victoria Docks

The plans for the Royal Victoria Docks included a detailed evaluation of future housing needs for housing, retailing, high technology developments, sport and recreation facilities.

Planning and design covered a 127 acre site and included plans for over 4,000 homes, 140,000 m² of offices, industrial space, specialist retailing areas, a hotel and extensive public spaces round quaysides.
