Green Man Lane

A year-long selection process and extensive public consultation resulted in the appointment of Conran & Partners as architects and masterplanners and Rydon and the A2Dominion Group as preferred developer for the regeneration of the Green Man Lane estate. Outline planning permission has been granted for the masterplan and detailed planning consent

for phase one of the scheme. The masterplan for the site currently includes 750+ new homes with a diverse mix of tenure and types and community facilities including hotel, low cost gym, market square with cafés, retail and community spaces.
