
Lee Davies
Director
Lee joined Conran & Partners in 2007, as Associate Director and became a Director in 2010. Trained at the Welsh School of Architecture and a registered architect since 1995, Lee has a wealth of experience in urban design, masterplanning and architecture. He has a particularly extensive knowledge of residential new-build and refurbishment projects for both affordable housing and luxury private dwellings.
Previous projects include Montevetro, Richard Rogers’ £37 million luxury apartment scheme on the Thames in Battersea, Elmington Estate in Southwark, which was RIBA shortlisted and winner of Building for Life’s Silver Medal, as well as an array of private and affordable housing schemes in London and throughout the South East of England.
Lee has experience in the treatment of historic and listed buildings, including the residential refurbishment and extension of a group of buildings designed by Sir Leslie Martin at Leicester University’s College Hall. He also worked as Project Architect for the refurbishment of 5 Threadneedle Street, a 5 star, Grade II listed hotel for Capita Property Services in the City of London, which was voted one of the top 50 hotels in the world by Condé Nast Traveller.
Lee came to Conran & Partners from Pollard Thomas Edwards architects, for whom he established their South Eastern regional office in Brighton. Lee currently oversees a broad range of national and local projects, including the regeneration of the Green Man Lane Estate in Ealing, mixed-use community-led residential projects and smaller one-off homes in the Sussex countryside.
