Tim Bowder-Ridger

Managing Director

Tim joined Conran & Partners in 1997 and became Managing Director in January 2010. He is a registered Architect with a wealth of experience spanning most sectors, in both new build and regeneration projects across the globe. As MD, he leads on all design and is responsible for finance and operations across all areas of the business.

In his early years with Conran & Partners, much of Tim’s work was in the hospitality sector, overseeing all of our work for Conran Restaurants (now D&D London). He was responsible for the design of myhotel in Bloomsbury and was the Director in charge of the Boundary Hotel in Shoreditch which completed in 2009. He is currently directly leading our hotel work in India as part of our drive into the emerging market of the subcontinent.

In more recent years, Tim went on to develop our portfolio of large scale mixed-use and residential work across the UK. The last of these buildings; a 32 storey tower in Sheffield, completed on site at the end of 2010.
